Get your hands hot quick. We process orders as quickly as possible to get you back into the game. If you have an issue or question about shipping to your region, location, or would like to carry Pref*re in your store or business, please contact support@prefire.co

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship all orders via Canada Post Standard Mail. This service offers reliable delivery across Canada and includes basic tracking on most orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and seasonal shipping volumes.
