Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Where We Ship

We ship across Canada and to the United States with Canada Post.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada, standard: 3 to 8 business days from order
  • Canada, express: 2 to 4 business days from order
  • United States, standard: 4 to 9 business days from order
  • United States, express: 3 to 5 business days from order

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders of $85 CAD or more, and on any order with 2 or more boxes.

Note: Delays caused by Canada Post or other factors beyond our control (e.g. severe weather or high seasonal demand) may extend delivery times.
